Mojito

As learned in the bars of La Habana. Differs somewhat from some of the horrors being served in London's trendier bars right now.

Masala Chai cuppa

I enjoyed Indian Chai tea over this festive season. It has the festive aromatic taste - of cinnamon, cardomom, ginger and cloves. As the ancient Ayurvedic tea, it (apparently) offers healing benefits to improve digestion and metabolism. Ummm. Nice recipes on this site....., have this cuppa after a feast, and you'll be able to eat more..... !

Damianito

I am sure this has a proper name but I kind of discovered it by accident when trying to think of a use for my blender thing, which my sisters gave me as a house warming present. You see I couldn't crush ice for proper Mojitos. Be warned though, I have made this at other people's parties and you always end up having to spend the entire evening behind the bar serving an endless supply of flirty but fickle women.

Super Ice Cubes

These ice cubes last for hours. Show them off to quick drinkers at house party, so that they'll slow down and just observe lovely cubes. You'll be able to save a couple of volka bottles!!! I noticed that they lasted about 38 mins more than table water ones. This is the simplest and literally coolest recipe...., or what?
